About Spectrum Private Equity Services
Spectrum Private Equity Services is an employee-owned boutique provider of fund administration, CFO advisory, and tax return preparation services to the private equity and venture capital industry. We address the needs of fund managers faced with increasing demands from limited partners, investment advisors, tax authorities, and regulators. Our team has experience gained at some of the most prestigious firms in the industry as well as in fund administration firms.
We work with both newly formed and established firms to allow them to scale rapidly while reducing their own cost structure which allows fund managers to focus on investing their partners' capital.
Our client base includes traditional private equity, real estate, venture capital, funds-of funds and secondary firms.

Prior to founding Spectrum, Mike built a fund administration practice for a New York- based professional services firm from 2017 until its acquisition in early 2022. Mike has 30 years of experience as a Partner and CFO of venture capital and private equity partnerships.
